2. Go right onto one way street, go
straight through first stop sign (buses may be coming out of parking
garage), then go left at next stop sign onto Water Street. These
two stop signs are fairly close together. Then, at the stop sign
on Water Street, you will be facing the parking garage. You must
take a left and follow signs into the garage. Parking on the other
side of garage is by permit only. I believe the first two hours
are free in the garage.
